Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a courteous Hotel Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, handle reservations, and process check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and professionalism. You will manage guest information securely, explain hotel features, coordinate arrivals, and assist with luggage while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance with gaming regulations.

• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, register, and manage check-in/check-out for Guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process transactions accurately and post charges to Guest accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of Grand Casino properties and nearby events to inform Guests.
• Explain room features and operate equipment as needed.
• Communicate safety protocols and emergencies to Guests and staff.
• Handle luggage and assist Guests to rooms; balance and close out accounts at shift end.
