Muth Lodging Management is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. You will manage guest check-ins/outs, promote BONVOY membership, and resolve inquiries with a professional, customer-focused approach.

The shift is 3–4 days weekly, typically 3pm–11pm, including weekends and holidays. Join a busy hotel environment where you will build rapport with guests, handle reservations, maintain a clean front desk, and log information for the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to manage guest requests promptly.
• Efficiently check guests in and out with a friendly manner.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about BONVOY membership and rewards.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality service to guests at all times.
