MUTH LODGING MANAGEMENT LLC is hiring a friendly Front Desk Agent for our busy Frankenmuth hotel. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, promote Marriott Bonvoy, and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced setting. The shift is 3 to 4 days a week and primarily 3pm to 11pm, weekends and holidays.

The role involves excellent customer service, cash handling, and maintaining a clean lobby while promoting BONVOY rewards. This is a great opportunity to grow in hotel front desk operations.

• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Balance cash, cards, and float during shifts.
• Inform management of any guest or system issues via the pass-on log.
• Communicate with incoming staff and management through the pass-on log.
• Keep maintenance informed of all maintenance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times

• Promptly and effectively deal with guest requests

• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic on BONVOY membership and rewards

• Develop a thorough knowledge of room locations, room rates, and amenities

• Take reservation requests efficiently

• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable

• Efficiently open and close shifts; make cash drops

• Ensure all credit cards, cash, and change fund are balanced throughout each shift

• Inform management and housekeeping of any guest or system related complains or problems

• Communicate with incoming staff and management by logging pertinent information in the pass on log

• Keep maintenance informed of all maintenance needs
