Tru by Hilton Port St. Lucie is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests from check-in to check-out and coordinate services across departments to ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

You’ll greet guests, handle inquiries, process reservations, and balance transactions while maintaining a clean, efficient front desk. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and reservations is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Answer phones, manage guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications via multiple channels.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle payments, balance cash drawers, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and update internal systems.
• Operate the hotel's switchboard and wake-up call system.
• Monitor reservations and room availability to maximize occupancy.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Complete shift checklists and hand off to the next team member.
