Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, confirm reservations and charges.
• Create and modify guest reservations accurately.
• Set wake-up calls and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Answer calls within three rings and provide professional assistance.
• Maintain shift logs and complete required shift reports.
• Address guest inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
