Job summary

Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach is seeking a motivated Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and assist with reservations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Join a well-known brand and help deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Hilton brand experience (PEP experience is a plus!).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel. You’ll greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, and ensure each guest has an outstanding stay.
