SSA Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Food Service Operations Manager and General Manager, helping to deliver a high-quality guest experience and lead front-of-house teams.

The role requires at least two years of operations management experience, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership and financial oversight capabilities. Candidates must be flexible for varied hours and readiness to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two years operations management experience or similar
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certified
• All education backgrounds eligible, must be 18 or older.

Responsabilités

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Supports department financial forecasts and ensures invoices are paid within terms.
• Oversee staff training, orientation, and adherence to onsite handbook and safety policies.
• Manage payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines.
