Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is a leading hospitality partner delivering distinctive guest experiences across cultural attractions. This Assistant Food Service Operations Manager supports implementation of operational systems, plans for upcoming seasons, and maintains high standards of service.

You will oversee staff training, safety programs, payroll and profit management, and sustain strong client relationships while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years operations management experience
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certification
• All education backgrounds eligible, must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, experiences for guests and clients.
• Support implementation of operational systems, processes and policies.
• Assumes a supportive and strategic role in upcoming season planning for food concepts and operational excellence.
• Oversee payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment and ensure safety training compliance.
• Progressively discipline employees to promote improved performance and adherence to policies.
