Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in New York is seeking a food runner to deliver and describe menu items, assist servers and bartenders, and maintain station cleanliness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, and a team-focused attitude. In-venue training and opportunities across Tao Group venues are offered, with full-time benefits and a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge is desirable.
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and describe all food items to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs while maintaining cleanliness of stations.
• Communicate guest allergies or dietary restrictions to management.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and station setup as directed by management.
