Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality seeks an energetic Food Runner to accurately deliver all menu items and describe them to guests in our busy New York venues. You will work closely with servers, bartenders, and chefs to ensure gracious hospitality and outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, soliciting dietary restrictions, and supporting opening/closing duties. 1 year restaurant experience is preferred and training is provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge is a plus.
• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and describe all food items to guests in a timely manner.
• Interact with servers, bartenders, and chefs to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and the venue.
• Solicit allergies or dietary restrictions from guests and communicate to management.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock runner station.
• Provide professional and courteous service and support team members.
