Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in a management position, or 5–7 years in a Resorts World leadership role.
• Must be 18+ and eligible for required license.

• Maintain an optimal level of guest service in all operational areas.
• Schedule, supervise, direct, train, counsel and evaluate staff.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing and staff development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Manage daily operations and resolve guest inquiries with cross-department collaboration.
• Prepare reports and participate in meetings and training sessions.
