Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required; relevant experience acceptable in lieu.
• 2+ years in high-volume F&B supervisory/management roles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all Food & Beverage staff and ensures compliance with gaming regs, internal controls, and policies.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and disciplines staff; manages scheduling and payroll.
• Oversees budgeting, inventory, and ordering; ensures quality and presentation of offerings.
