Qualifications

• Knowledge of NY gaming commission rules and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach dealers; monitor work processes and discipline as needed.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance; handle payroll prep.
