Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team members.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise daily maintenance operations.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces for upkeep needs.
• Repair and maintain electrical systems and HVAC equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and proper documentation.
