Job summary

Crowne Plaza Lansing is offering a Food & Beverage Internship that provides hands-on experience across restaurant, bar, banquet, and back‑of‑house operations over 12 weeks. • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Hospitality, Business, or related program.
• Prior customer service or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen operations across shifts.
• Assist with service standards, guest interactions, and service recovery.
• Participate in mentorship and weekly check‑ins with F&B leadership.
