Crowne Plaza Lansing is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, professional service and create exceptional dining experiences. You will take orders, serve meals, monitor alcohol service, check IDs, and maintain a clean workstation.

Applicants should have basic math and communication skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and complete all required hotel trainings. This role emphasizes guest engagement and adherence to safety protocols within the hotel environment.

Mansioni

• Take guest orders and serve food and beverages using established hotel standards.
• Complete all IHG and hotel training.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when service should cease.
• Check identification of guests appearing under the legal age.
• Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption.
• Clean and maintain workspace.
• Perform pre- and post-shift duties, including cleaning and stocking.
• Engage with guests and colleagues using D.A.R.E. to Connect behaviors.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and report incidents to the Restaurant Manager.
