Crowne Plaza Lansing is seeking banquet servers to provide memorable guest service during events. You will help ensure each guest receives timely, high-quality service and attend to special event needs.

Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, serving meals and beverages, monitoring alcohol service, and maintaining clean work areas. A positive, guest-focused attitude and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum of six months of prior food service experience preferred.
• Must be at the minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and/or holidays are required.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings.
• Compliance with Crowne Plaza Lansing rules and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Serve food and beverages using hotel standards.
• Set up for events (place settings, décor, buffet lines, linens, tables, chairs).
• Complete all IHG and Hotel training.
