Responsibilities

• Oversees staff of room attendants, housepersons, and inspectors and ensures standards are met.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; resolve problems and discipline as needed.
• Arrange staff schedules and payroll records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and review budgeting records and department expense reports.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff, both verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
