• Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff: hiring, training, evaluations.
• Schedule staff and manage budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and services for quality and adherence to standards.
• Address guest requests and service recovery when needed.
• Prepare daily assignment sheets and maintain reports from PMS.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for supplies.
