Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts, overseeing Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort in Virginia Beach, VA, seeks a Dual Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations across the property. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure cleanliness standards for guestrooms, public areas, and pools.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of management experience, with 3+ in housekeeping, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience, with 3+ years in housekeeping management.
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations across brands.
• Ability to partner with other department leaders and report to a Director.
• Strong conflict resolution skills with guests, supervisors, and staff.
• Ability to multitask and stay highly organized.
• Knowledge of hotel operations including marketing plans, safety programs, budgeting, QA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills adaptable to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Oversee pool operations and overnight floor care, where applicable.
• Manage housekeeping budget within Director of Services' controls.
• Inventory guest supplies and small equipment monthly.
• Schedule labor and flex staffing based on occupancy and events.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff at each hotel.
• Monitor guest service scores and address issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in evaluating furniture, fixtures, and decor; support maintenance programs.
