Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Dual Executive Housekeeper for the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort on the boardwalk. You will lead housekeeping across multiple hotels, set cleanliness and brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

In this role you will manage budgets, coach senior leaders, review service scores, and ensure OSHA and brand SOP compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-property collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management, including multi-property housekeeping leadership.
• Experience managing budgets and staff across locations/brands.
• Ability to lead senior leaders and hold heads accountable.
• Ability to resolve conflicts across hotels/brands.
• Knowledge of hotel operations including budgeting, QA, and planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for leadership and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Set housekeeping cleanliness standards and inspections per brand requirements.
• Oversee pool operations and overnight floor care where applicable.
• Lead, coach, and approve hiring/discipline for Housekeeping Managers and staff.
• Develop and manage the housekeeping budget and monitor the checkbook.
• Review guest service scores and drive corrective actions across properties.
• Compare labor cost and turnover; address opportunities.
• Approve inventory, capital, and rehab recommendations.
• Perform QA inspections and rotating walks for compliance.
• Resolve escalated guest, staff, or vendor issues.
• Ensure OSHA and brand SOP compliance.
• Represent housekeeping in Hotel Manager/AGM leadership discussions.
• Maintain attendance and regular work availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
