Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance crew and manage operations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to guest calls.
• Ensure safety and compliance across the property.
