• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end catering for meetings in the space, including orders, delivery, setup, and vendor coordination.
• Plan and coordinate the visitor experience from arrival to departure.
• Welcome guests with poise and ensure their comfort throughout visits.
• Build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders to support programming.
• Manage day-to-day events and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Apply knowledge of global etiquette to tailor service.
• Support administrative workplace coordination as needed.
• Track operational spend and assist with budget planning; coordinate invoicing and vendor negotiations.
