Job summary

Cooley LLP in Santa Monica is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to oversee the day-to-day hospitality operations and coordinate large-scale events. You will work under the supervision of the Operations Manager and/or Director of Administration to provide exceptional service to clients, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities include managing conference room bookings, liaising with vendors, supporting the café team, and assisting with internal communications and office updates.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and events experience required.
• Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours as required.
• 3+ years of hospitality and event planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-day hospitality service operations and directing large multifaceted service offerings.
• Liaise with vendors, caterers and internal departments to coordinate events.
• Manage conference room bookings and analyze usage reports.
• Support café operations, budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide best in class service with strong attention to detail for clients and visitors.
