Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA, seeks an Event Support Associate to help execute winery events onsite, including private dinners, meetings, and receptions. The role covers setup, guest hospitality, breakdown, and coordinating with event teams to ensure smooth operations.

This part-time, hourly position is eligible for tips, with daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on events and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Class 12 MAST Permit and Food Handler's Permit required.
• Prior hospitality, restaurant, banquet, catering, tasting room, or event service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional, warm, and welcoming presence.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate guest or operational needs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite execution of winery events, including dinners, lunches, meetings, receptions, community events, and other hospitality experiences.
• Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, place settings, linens, décor, signage, service stations, and other event materials.
• Provide attentive, professional service to guests, including greeting, directing, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and responding to guest needs.
• Partner with event, culinary, tasting room, and hospitality teams to ensure event timelines, service standards, and guest expectations are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events.
• Assist with event breakdown, including clearing tables, resetting spaces, packing supplies, removing trash, and returning equipment and materials to designated areas.
• Communicate event needs, guest requests, timing updates, and operational concerns to event leadership.
• Help create a welcoming, polished, and hospitable environment that reflects Chateau Ste. Michelle service standards.
