Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is hiring an Event Support Associate to help execute winery events in Woodinville, WA. This part-time, hourly role involves assisting with setup, guest hospitality, service, and teardown to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The position requires 21+ with a high school diploma, and permits as required. Daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be needed based on scheduled events; tips are eligible for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service skills and a professional, warm presence.
• Clear verbal communication and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced events environment.
• Willingness to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite execution of winery events including dinners, lunches, meetings, and receptions.
• Assist with event setup: tables, chairs, place settings, linens, décor, signage, service stations.
• Provide attentive service: greeting, directing, serving, clearing, attending guest needs.
• Coordinate with event, culinary, tasting room, and hospitality teams to meet timelines and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events.
• Assist with event breakdown and return of equipment.
