• Minimum of High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel or conference catering/sales assistant role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate room blocks, banquet space, and events.
• Support with daily/weekly/monthly reports and guest inquiries.
• Ensure contracts, BEOs, and group blocks are accurate and timely in the PMS.
