Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring all building systems and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, mechanical systems, and hotel infrastructure.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop engineering team members while maintaining appropriate staffing levels and performance standards.
• Manage maintenance requests and work order systems to ensure timely resolution of issues affecting guests and operations.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including life safety, environmental, OSHA, and building code requirements.
• Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets, controlling costs while maintaining property standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation projects, capital improvements, and major repairs.
