Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies for maintenance requests and prioritization.
• Develops preventative maintenance schedules and inspects facilities regularly.
• Ensures repairs comply with internal policies and external regulations; maintains records.
• Leads maintenance staff, including hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Contributes to strategic planning with senior management.
• Establishes policies and procedures with significant organizational impact.
• Maintains professional, courteous interactions with guests and staff.
• Ensures adherence to brand standards and safety regulations.
