The ideal candidate balances preventative maintenance with day‑to‑day operations, leads capital projects, and ensures compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leader able to balance preventative maintenance with daily operations.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating vendors.
• Experience with capital projects and long‑term asset preservation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Engineering and Maintenance operations for the hotel.
• Oversee building systems, equipment, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure timely response to guest room maintenance and service requests.
• Lead, develop, schedule, and support the Engineering team.
• Coordinate repairs and emergency maintenance activities.
• Manage outside contractors and vendors to property standards.
• Support capital improvements and property enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
