Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on leadership in hospitality maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and carpentry.
• Proficiency with checkbook accounting, BMS, and maintenance software.
• Preferred vocational/military/trade certifications; strong communication.
