Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a high-stress environment.
• TiPS certification and gaming license ability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate guest service per Jamul Casino standards.
• Process cash handling transactions, currency, chips, and ticket redemptions.
• Enroll guests into the Sweetwater Rewards Player’s Club and maintain accurate records.
• Explain program details, promotions, and events to guests.
• Balance cash drawers and complete required paperwork; report discrepancies.
• Maintain attendance and comply with policies; perform other duties as assigned.
