You will deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving the business, and you will oversee both front- and back-of-house operations with support from a home office available 24/7 to help you succeed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant management, a willingness to work five 10-hour shifts per week, and a commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Associate Manager, deliver guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Lead store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• With home office support available, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
