Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people-focused leadership with strong restaurant operations across front- and back-of-house roles. You will drive guest satisfaction and team performance while upholding Cracker Barrel’s hospitality standards.

You’ll lead store operations with support from a responsive home office team available 24/7, and you’ll manage scheduling that accommodates a 50-hour work week, including holidays and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
