Job summary

Cracker Barrel is actively seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with restaurant operations, delivering outstanding guest and team experiences while achieving business results.

You will manage front- and back-of-house duties, work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), and support growth through internal development; English fluency and a valid driver’s license are required.

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license and fluent English.
