Job summary

Cracker Barrel is hiring a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead store operations and develop a strong team. You will balance guest experience with employee engagement, delivering quality hospitality and driving results.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of restaurant management, flexible hours including holidays, and a genuine care for people. A valid driver’s license and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you will lead store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities and champion guest and employee experiences.
• You will deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• You will work with home office support and ensure success through leadership and team development.
