Job summary

A prominent restaurant management firm in Napa, California is seeking a Restaurant Manager to enhance service quality in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include staff training, ensuring compliance with service standards, and managing operational efficiencies. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of relevant experience, strong customer service and operational skills, and be flexible with working hours. A valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification are required upon hiring.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous and relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Demonstrate strong operational skills and excellent customer service skills.
• Must have a flexible schedule, available to work daytime, evening and/or weekend shifts.
• At the time of hire, must have a valid Food Handler Card, and a valid Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with staffing, training and development for all hourly front-of-house employees.
• Ensure company standards are met by communicating effectively with employees.
• Oversee all areas of service including floor management and guest relations.
• Assist with scheduling, managing labor, food and beverage costs and P&L statements.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, liquor, safety and employment regulations.
