Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and welcome customers in the branch. You will guide customers through basic banking needs, explain products, and help them use digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build trusted relationships, support day-to-day banking, and work with teammates to meet clients’ financial goals while upholding compliance and service standards.

Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
