Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, helping clients feel welcomed and understood while delivering the latest banking solutions and fintech tools to meet their financial goals.

In this role you will greet clients, assist with account openings, teach them how to use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and partner with branch teammates to provide attentive service that complies with all policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and coordinating with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
