Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch environment. You will greet clients, open accounts, and support daily banking needs using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, proactive client support, and collaboration with the branch team to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering attentive and friendly service to clients.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Strong communication to understand and help client needs.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Develop meaningful relationships through listening, empathy, and teamwork to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with bank policies.
