Job summary

Hines is seeking a General Property Manager in Fort Lauderdale to oversee a large-scale mixed-use asset and deliver top-tier hospitality experiences across office, retail, residential, and public realms.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage budgets and P&L, guide leasing and marketing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure safety, compliance, and community engagement while maintaining exceptional guest and tenant experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of mixed-use management experience with emphasis on office.
• P&L responsibility, budget oversight, cost analysis, and management of service contracts and arrears.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of a large-scale mixed-use asset to meet hospitality-focused objectives.
• Lead a cross-functional team including third-party providers to deliver Hines’ Hospitality Standards.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, and tenant relationships to meet performance objectives across all asset components.
• Manage budgets, review P&L, and ensure timely rent collection and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with government, industry, and company programs; oversee safety and emergency procedures.
