Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor property personnel to deliver a best-in-class hospitality experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including third-party providers for service delivery.
• Support event programming to foster a community atmosphere.
• Manage administrative tasks and vendor relationships for property operations.
• Assist in developing annual business plan, operating budget, and reports.
• Support marketing and leasing efforts by tenants and prospects.
• Oversee safety programs and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with emergency procedures and life safety planning as needed.
