The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in management, and experience with P&L oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, real estate or related field.
• 5+ years of related management experience.
• P&L responsibility and budget oversight experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Completion of Hines Property Management Training Program or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team, including third-party providers, to deliver hospitality standards.
• Cultivate top-owner/investor relationships and manage stakeholder communications.
• Oversee operations, budget adherence, maintenance, security, and service contracts.
• Develop and manage annual business plan and operating budget.
• Guide marketing/leasing initiatives and ensure compliance with life safety standards.
