Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years professional work experience required.
• Education/background in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or related field preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Financial experience including P&L responsibility, budget oversight, cost analysis, and accounting aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work with people, deliver hospitality, and lead with initiative.
• High emotional intelligence with creative problem-solving in responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical and project-management capabilities, professionalism at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and adaptability to new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and vendor relations for maintenance and services.
• Conduct routine inspections, manage space and multi-trade work orders, and ensure aesthetic upkeep.
• Assist with financial activities and reporting; monitor budgets and cost controls.
• Lead a cross-functional team and third-party providers to deliver hospitality standards.
• Coordinate events and maintain community engagement aligned with service levels.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and safety procedures, including emergency plans.
