Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field.
• 4+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Active real estate license or willing to obtain within six months.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; proficient in Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or equivalent systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and client expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for assigned properties per standards.
• Lead tenant communications, lease compliance, and retention.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Review operating expenses, approve invoices, monitor variances.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capex with vendors.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure insurance compliance.
• Support client reporting and ownership meetings.
• Supervise property management staff and mentor teams.
• Stay informed on market trends, lease structures, building systems.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across assets.
