Job summary

The Fountains Country Club, part of Concert Golf Partners, seeks a Clubhouse Manager to oversee all clubhouse operations with a strong emphasis on food and beverage across member dining, grills, snack bars, banquets, and housekeeping.

The role also involves recruiting, training, and supervising staff; implementing budgets; maintaining high standards and profitability through cost and labor controls; and applying marketing principles to exceed member and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in club F&B operations and budgeting.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and beverage/service standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage food and beverage operations to meet high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; manage budgets and labor costs.
• Plan and implement marketing and sales activities for outlets and events.
• Oversee inventory, vendor invoices, and cost controls.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards across front and back of house.
