Qualifikationen

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, technology self-service options, and mobile/online banking tools.
• Build trustful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM duties in line with policies.
