Responsibilities

• Open accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
