Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, build trusted client relationships, and help clients achieve financial goals. You will greet clients in-branch, assist with accounts, and guide everyday banking through Chase Mobile App and ATMs.

You will also collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service, manage basic operations, and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements while providing a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication with clients and team.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, digital channels, and self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist branch operations and cash-handling duties following bank procedures.
