Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality-focused automotive leader, is seeking a Service Advisor for Acura of Thousand Oaks. You will be the primary guest contact, translating repairs into clear language, delivering honest estimates, and coordinating with technicians to keep service flowing smoothly.

Ideal candidates have service-advisor or guest-facing experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred.
• Acura or import brand experience a plus; product knowledge is trainable, people skills are not.
• Clear, composed communicator — explain service needs in plain language.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail — accurate estimates and timelines.
• Self-motivated with a drive to take care of guests and grow earnings.
• Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Acura service processes — training provided.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process.
• Translate technical repair information into clear communication that earns trust.
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations for safety and performance.
• Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and comply with standards.
